Check for Administrative tools --> services --> Print
spooler in the list , start the services or restart the
service

I would try increasing the virtual memory under Manage and
right click on Management (Local) - Advanced tab.

It worked for me installing an application - not sure if
it will work for you or not.

Good luck

I'm getting this error too. Support says to go to
services under administrative tools choose print spooler,
click log on tab under log on as make sure that the local
system account and the allow service to interact with
desktop are checked. on the general tab select print
spooler service click stop and then click start to
restart the service. click ok. You should be able to add
a new printer.

However, I did this an got erro 1075.
