Add Printer (Printers disappeared)

My printers have disappeared.

When I click on Add Printers, it comes up with "Operation Could Not Be
Performed"

It seems to be a problem with the Print Spooler rather than the Printer or
the Printer Drivers.

Anyone help me?

The spooler service on your computer is not running. Try to manually
start it.
1) Right Click on My Computer and Click Manage
2) In the left pane click Services
3) Scroll down the list to Print Spooler
4) Right Click on it and hit Start

Also, Verify that the startup Type is set to automatic

If it starts successfully your printers should re-appear.
If not Look in Event Viewer for specific information about the error
and post it

With printers,upon seeing the "found new hardware" let the wizard install but
do not let it exit,after it installs the printer,run the software from the
mfg,complete
the mfg installation,then close out the wizard.
