add post it notes to documents

does anyone know how to add post it notes to word documents so that they can
be added and removed to a document and read only document

thankyou i have now interpretted the reply and done a test print. How do i
keep the comment on my copy but only display the clean text on a print or
email copy

Switch to Final view (from "Final Showing Markup") before printing, or
choose "Document" (rather than "Document with markup") in the Print dialog.

There used to be (and may still be) add-ins that did just that, but using
Word's features alone, Comments are about all there is.
