Add or Remove Software Tool in Control Panel Doesn't Recognize Pro

The Add/Remove Software Tool does not recognize programs to remove. For
example, when I went to remove the CompuServ software, I clicked on the
"Change/Remove" button and it began searching for a version of
CompuServ...came back telling me there was no version installed. I've done a
file search and, in fact, all of the CompuServ software is still on my
computer. This has also occurred with AOL. Any Ideas?

Go to the Program Files Folder>CompuServ folder. See if there's a
Uninstaller there. If not you will have to remove it
manually. Same with AOL Folder.
