Add or Remove Programs

I installed Spybot S&D and Ad-Aware SE and now am unable
to open my Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
I am running Windows XP Home Edition. Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Shirley!!,
What I did is if you have a new version of XP with a new keyboard, across
the top there should be silver buttons with symbols above them. Click the
button with the question mark above it. One of the options will be software
repair wizard. What we did when my computer was having problmes was click on
the software repair wizard. It will give you the option to go back to the
state of your computer from a different day. Pick a day you were on your
computer and the add/remove programs was still working, and follow the
directions to set that day's settings. Your computer should go back to normal
if you follow the computer's instructions.
