Windows XP Pro Sp3

How do you get add ons active after opening "without addons?
 
Hello,

I assume you are referring to Internet Explorer. If not, please clarify
which application you are referring to

To open with add-ons active, close all IE windows and start IE as per normal
from the Start Menu or Desktop shortcut. Or type "IEXPLORE" from Start > Run
to start from the Run dialog.
