Add New Contact

I connot add a new contact. When I right click on the contact tool bar it
does does not have an option to customize.

Don't click on the toolbar... right-click in the right pane, below the
toolbar.
 
With Contacts open, right-click in an open area of that screen, select
Customize This Folder, then change the template type to Contacts.
You should only have to do this once.

I had tried everything except right clicking in the open area. Thank you.
