Add .mpp file extension to files not blocked by Outlook

Microsoft owns Project. It seems like Outlook should not block project
attachments.

Microsoft owns Project. It seems like Outlook should not block
project attachments.

But Project files can contain macros that can damage your computer's
software. Why would ANYONE want to run a macro-bearing file carelessly?
