Add mail merge option to a toolbar in outlook 2003 SP2

hello,
I would like to add the mail merge option to a toolbar in outlook.
In Dianes suggestions at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-ca/assistance/HA011866951033.aspx she suggests
to "Start the merge from Outlook using Outlook's Tools, Mail Merge menu
selection."

I dont have this option available. I am using Outlook 2003 SP2.
Is it a quick turn on action in toolbars that I am missing or something else..

Are you in the Contacts folder when you look on the actions menu? Do you
have Word 2003 installed?

Hi Diane,
I can see the mail merge in the contacts folder yes, but is it only
available there and not under tools or actions on the standard toolbar?
Word 2003 is installed?

I'm not sure I follow - you'll only have the mail merge command available
when you are in the contacts folders. (It's on the tools, menu, not actions-
my bad) You can put it on the Standard toolbar using Customize but it's not
there by default.
