add list - listing multiple addresses

hi all!
We use a shared address book in outlook on exhcnage and have all user
details entered (email/phone/fax etc...). When we send an email and call up
this contact list, it shows the entry multiple times (ie one for email, one
for phone etc..). Is there a way to only list email addresses (ie hide phone
numbers etc...)

Add an alphabetic character to the fax number to obscure it from the address
book.
