Add IPA symbols for linguistics students.

I am a Foreign Language student at UCRiverside and I have to take several
classes in Linguistics. It would be very helpful to me to have the IPA
symbols available for use in my work and I am sure other students would
appreciate it as well. Any hope that this will happen in the near future?

It's already been done. See for example:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Phonetic_Alphabet#Free_IPA_font_downloads

and:
http://www2.arts.gla.ac.uk/IPA/ipafonts.html

(Especially "Phonetic Fonts for Windows".)
