Add-in Manager missing

I've got a problem with an add-in in Outlook 2007. When I open OL I get an
error everytime. I can't figure out how to get rid of the add-in b/c when I
go to Tools>Options>Other>Advanced options there is no Add-in Manager button.
How can I remove this add-in without the manager button? Why would my
manager button be missing?

Because you are using Outlook 2007. Use Tools-> Trust Center-> Addins
instead
