Another OL2000 user reports that if they click a mailto link from a webpage
when Outlook isn't running, the page freezes for a bit and then brings up a
pop-up from the init of my addin saying that CDO isn't installed. This
doesn't happen if they already have Outlook loaded.
Do I need to do some kind of check in the init of my addin to see if the
program has been started from Outlook itself or from just an email? If so,
does anyone know how to do this?
