Add data on double-click

Hello All,

I want to be able to open up a form that holds Packaging Codes and add them
to the end of another field on the Order Form...

Packaging Codes A, B, C, D I want to be able to add multiple packaging
codes like ACD to a field on the order form by double clicking the pop-up
form packaging codes.

Hope that explains it well...
