| Open Control Panel.
| Move your mouse pointer over the Control Panel icon in the
| Address bar.
| The mouse pointer should turn into the familiar pointing hand.
| Click and hold the left mouse button and drag the icon to the
| Quick Launch toolbar.
| Release the mouse button.
| Note: You can also use the right mouse button, but you'll have
| to select "Create Shortcuts Here" when you release the button.
