Add contacts to Windows Live Messenger?

Hi,

How the heck do you add contacts to Windows Live Messenger on the XB360?

The screen gives, "You have no windows live contacts.", yet gives no
provision on how to add contacts!

Do you have to do it with a PC? If so, what do you use to login?

I tried: [gamertag]@hotmail, [gamertag]@msn.com, [gamertag]@live.com and
none work.

Why is this feature implemented yet there is no information on how to
actually use it?

I actually do want to use it.

Thanks...

Yeap together with all the other half baked features like Internet
sign on...there is no way to activate the Internet with the 360 except
by using a PC. That is so stupid,

That is fine, but what is the format?

PC wants a full email address to add contacts.

Nevermind, I figured it out...

It uses whatever email address you initially registered with. I was
thinking it probably setup a new email address based on gametag at hotmail,
msn, live, etc.

To add contacts to your contact list you simply just login (using a PC)
using the registered email address and your password -- and then add
contacts normally. After they have been added using a PC, they will appear

....but, how the hell do you delete them?

Deleting them through a PC doesn't reflect on the XB and there is no
provision on the XB to delete a WLM contact.

Shit, googlin' reveals that you can't.

This is a bona fide bug that Microsoft needs to address.

Hopefully, while they are at it, they will simply add provisions for users
to add/delete contacts right from XB...
