Windows live messenger 8.5

Hi can some please help me

I am trying to access windows live messenger 8.5 but recieving an error
message " Signing into windows live messenger 8.5 BETA failed because service
is temporary unavailable please try again later error code 8100030d"

I have checked my fire wall settings the connection setting on my internet
changed settings left it for an hour re tried but still no change

please help :(

Hi

I have removed windows messenger then readded the old version 8.1 and still
cannot access I cannot re install the new version again my pc will not in
stall it

Please help
