Add close window to page containing outlook calendar

I have a page that contains an Outlook calendar which was saved as a web
page. I allow the calendar to open in a new window and want to be able to put
a "close window" option on that calendar page. I can't figure out where to
put it so it works.

The rest of my website opens pages in one of the frames, but the calendar
has its own new full page for better printing. I'd prefer to have the close
option on that page, but can live with it if not.

You put the code in the page with the calendar.

I have the code, the problem I have is trying to place in with the code so
that it will show up on the page with the calendar and work. I cannot find
the right place to insert that code. I have achieved a page that says nothing
but "close window" and nothing else (and the close works). I have been able
to make it appear on one of the header lines with the info from outlook, but
it doesn't work. The cursor does change to a hand so it knows it is
something, and the info at the very bottom of the screen that says "done" has
an error yellow symbol in front. I believe I have to insert the code after
Outlook has put the calendar there, the trick is exactly where? Can you help?
