Add Another Machine To Users/Groups Locations

I have 2 machines networked using a router. When sharing, how can I
add my 2nd machine as a Location when adding users (setting
permissions) from my 1st machine. The only way my 2nd machine can see
stuff on my 1st machine is if I add as "Everyone". I'd rather use
machine\user specific.

You can set file permissions on one machine to be accessed from the other.
The only wrinkle is that the user must have identical accounts on both
machines including the same password.
