(windows xp hotfix (sp2) plus alot of numbers) Now can i delete them??????

You shouldn't delete them as they are Windows security patches. If you
uninstall them, you open yourself to the vulnerabilities they fix.

In your folder C:\Windows you will see a lot of blue files all called
$NTUninstalKxxxxxxxxx where the xxxxxxx is the equivalent number to the
hotfix. If you are *REALLY* sure that you don't want to uninstall a
particular hotfix, delete the file $NTUninstalk??????? relating to that
hotfix number. then when you go into Add/Remove Programs, and try to
uninstall the hotfix, it will allow you to remove the entry.

Does "remove" in add/remove not work?

It won't work unless you have deleted the $NTUninstal file for that
particular Hotfix in C:\Windows
