Add a Startup Delay in Windows XP Pro

I need to add a delay to give time a Server to startup before the workstation.

Thank you very much for your answer, but i need a delay for the operative
system to startup not for one service.
if you know how to do this i will appreciate your help.

I misunderstood your original question. I thought you were talking about
the Server service and the Workstation service.
