add a line in my organisational chart

I'm trying to add a link between two boxes that haven't a connection as yet.
 
Hi Elle,

What version of Word are you using and which Org Chart tool (what are the steps you're using to start it?)

How are the two boxes related (i.e. same level, assistant, subordinate, etc)>
