I have dial-up internet (slow) am using Adaware, Spybot. Was using Norton
for anti-virus just got Avast Pro. When I want to update my Adaware it takes
forever. Is there a way to download the updates faster like if I get the
plus or pro version or is it just the way it is? I don't have the option of
getting cable internet live in a rural area could get wifi but can't afford
it at this time. Thanks for any help

Getting Ad-aware Pro will do nothing to make getting your updates faster.
The speed at which you receive updates is contingent on the speed of your
Internet connection.

I've noticed that the latest version of AdAware, V 8.0, sends large files
that take a long time to download on my broadband connection too.
