Adaptive Inter-frame Spacing

Hi,

I whould like to know What does "Adaptive Inter-frame Spacing" means in a
Intel Pro 1000 MT Gigabit Ethernet Adapter ? And for what purpose do you need
to enable this property ? The Default Value is "Disabled".
