does anyone know what this means and how to fix?
.
this often happens if you try to use IPCONFIG /renew or
release on an adaptor that is configured with a static
address. As it is static, it is "not permissable" to
change it from the command prompt. Right click the adaptor
(my network places properties)select networking, TCP/IP,
properties, obtain an address automatically. (assuming
you have DHCP availability)
