EVERYONE Group Premissions on NT server 4.0

If I give the EVERYONE Premissions does this give everyone
outside on the Internet to access client PC`s. Would it be
be better to add Domain Users, and remove EVERYONE for the
C drive premissions/

The everyone group is pretty much everyone. NT 4.0's
security was pretty relaxed like this, so in general, it
is a good idea to give "domain users" or similar group
read only permissions to most things, and then give system
and admins full control.
