I have a W2K3 server running Excange 2003. When I enable an account or
change a password in AD on the exchange server, it takes a long time for
this change to take effect. What should I check to find out what I need to
change?

Thank you

Hello Boe,

Are both Domain Controllers in same site? if not there is a minimum of
replication latency at 15min.

If you not familiar with sites have a look on this page:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/planning/activedirectory/adsites.asp

Password Changes are made to the DCs who have the FSMO role PDC (Mostly the
first deployed DC if not transferred to another) other domain controllers
will communicate with the PDC to orbiting must recent password updates if a
logon failure.
