AD Prep

I am moving AD from a W2k DC to a W2k3. When I run the
adprep utility I am getting an error on the second to the
last line that says: Windows cannot determine the local
sysvol location. Upgrade of Domain Group Policy Objects
failed.
Anyone have a suggestion to correct this?

Is your local Sysvol shared out correctly? Run 'net share' from a command
line to check.

Yes, it appears to be sharing correctly, although I don't
know exactly what I am looking for.

Locate the latest ADPREP logs beneath
%windir%\system32\debug\adprep\logs, now locate the operation that
states it failed and post back the operational GUID (the large number
preceding the error).
