I am looking for a list of defined policies (definitions for policies)

For example: Log on as Service means what?

It's usualy described and You can read it from console.
Log on as Service means that You are giving through this settings right
to log on as service in the system - this is special kind of logon which
allows process to interact with system as a system service.
