Since I can see you aren't very well versed in computers,
I would suggest using a simple program designed to remove
these "spyware" programs that are generating these pop-
ups. There are several types of pop-ups. The most common
pop-ups are from just browsing the internet. Google
(http://toolbar.google.com) and many other companies have
released free pop-up blockers for Internet Explorer as
well as other browsers (http://www.mozilla.org) which
block these annoyances. The second form of pop-ups are
from your messenger service which can easily be disabled
by going Start-Settings-Control Panel-Administrative Tools-
Services and find Messenger. Disable this. Though this
is not the cause of your pop ups, this will also give you
pop-ups that are rather annoying.
You have a different type of pop-up. Your pop-ups come
from a spyware program you have installed. I would
suggest for a beginner to visit http://www.ad-aware.com,
find the download link, and choose to run the program
instead of saving it. This will install Ad-Aware on your
computer. Next open the program by finding the shortcut
on your desktop and click start. It will scan your
computer for all spyware and other types of programs that
cause these annoying pop-ups. When it is done scanning,
it will ask you to continue. Just follow the prompts and
it will remove the pop-up causing program. When it is
finished, simply reboot and you shouldn't have any more
problems with pop-ups.
