AD-Aware says this is a security issue ? Help ?

I just ran Ad-aware on my PC and this was flagged as "being suspect". I'm
guessing this is normal ("Client ID") for MediaPlayer, since I never messed
with the setting. I was just going to select "ignore". Opinions ? Should I
"ignore" or "quarantine" or "delete" ? Or just change the value to
"something else" ?

It's there by default, you didn't do anything. Have AdAware delete the
key, it's a known vulnerability in Media Player.

BTW, on a fresh, clean install and full update of Win2K there will be
several "spyware" problems. I usually see at least 5 using Spybot Search
& Destroy. I suggest you also get Spybot S&D as it catches some things
AdAware misses and vice versa.

Good. Spybot gives pretty good descriptions of what the problems are. Of
course you probably do this but make sure to update both programs
frequently.
