Ad-aware 1.06 Pro and Sites.TXT

How can I do to update the file "sites.txt" (C:\Program
Files\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware SE Professional) on Ad-Aware SE Professional 1.06?
Mine is dated 4 April 2005.
