AD 2000 move to 2003

I currently have three 2000 servers in AD 2000 with two 2003 member servers.
I don't want to change the domain but I would like to consider changing it to
AD 2003. The three 2000 servers are DC's and GC's with one of them the "PDC".
Is there an easy way to do this?

Yes, UPGRADE.

As Danny wrote use the CDROM to upgrade a 2000 DC to 2003 (includes
running the ADPrep stuff.0

OR if you must, add a Win2003 SERVER, do the ADPrep /forestprep and
then /domainprep manually before you DCPromo the new server.

Upgrading is the way. The method of upgrading is a bit more of a choice.

As the others have said upgrade.

Check out an article I have on getting you through this process

Select articles and click on "Upgrade Your Forest"

If you will be decommissioning any dc's then click on "Decommission a DC"
