Activity Monitoring

My computer is sending data on the network--and I don't know why.

CTRL-ALT-DELETE (Windows Task Manager) shows a high level of Bytes sent and
received, constantly increasing.

How can I detyermine which program is active on the network?

I have loaded TCPView, see
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/Networking/TcpView.mspx

It tells me CCAPP.EXE communicating with some Russian sites--what is CCAPP?
Seems to be a Windows System program---I must have a virus--any hints please?

Google gets lots of hits for ccapp.exe -- read a few.

I think my problem was being caused by the Trojan.Pandex virus---I got
infected twice over.
