Activities on public contacts...all to see...how?

We have a public folder with all the company contacts in Outlook 2003 running in conjunction with exchange. Is it possible for outlook track all the activities in the activities tab of the contact from everyone who accesses that contact info on the network. Emails, faxes, documents sent etc... For example User1 sends an email to one of the contacts in the public folder and User2 sends a fax. If User3 were to click on the activities tab of the contact in the public folder he would see those activites. Right now I can only see a way for User3 to see only the activities associated with his personal folders, not what happens with everyone else..

You need some mechanism to get all that information from all users into one or more public folders. See http://www.slipstick.com/journal/pubjournal.htm for a discussion of this issue and possible solutions.
