Activities for contacts can search only one public folder?

Hello

We have in our business a public email adress. ([email protected])

This email should use everyone for sending and receiving mails. I believe
this could be realized by email activated public folders on the exchange
server (SBS 2003).

The Problem is: every send and received mail should be tracked under the
activities concerning the contact to whom the mail (or fax) was sent.

But for public folders theres only one folder possible that is searched
(outlook 2003)

Is there any solution to search maybe the copies-to-self-folder and the
incoming-folder at once?
