On some web sites, I get the following message when
trying to open the web site: "Your current security
settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page".

What do I need to do to correct my security settings?

I have several ActiveX files on my computer now, but I do
not know what to do with any of them.

With IE open go>tools\internet options\security tab then
click one of the four site options at the top and then
click custom level and set the active x controls any way
you like. I have mine to low security on all instances but
I don't recommend this for someone who doesn't know how to
stop active X from loading when you are on line and
surfing. Have fun.
