ActiveX control error message for Signatur insertion

I receive the following message when I try to insert a signature into an HTML
email message:

Your current settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page. As a
result the page may not display correctly.

This message does not have help that tells you what to do about this
problem. I would like to add signatures to my email and I can not determine
what I need to do to change this behavior.

Please help!

Check the source of the htm-file of your signature in an editor like Notepad
to see what's actually being loaded and you link properly to the image file.
