ActiveSync

I recently bought some software on the net for instaling on my phone. When I
try to download the software to my device from computer there is a message
popping up saying ActiveSync could not be found on my computer. I am sure
that my windowsXP computer has ActiveSync on it. How can I activate it
please.

ActiveSync is software used to syncronize mobile devices
(iPaq, Pocket PCs, etc.) with a desktop or laptop
computer. It is a separate application that needs to be
installed. to the best of my knowledge, it isn't somethng
that is "on" a computer unless it's been installed there.
it is not an inherent part of Windows. You can download it
from the MS download site and install it.
