Is there an API for ActiveSync?

I want to know about connection information from my smart
device application. I don´t want to syncronize data.

Example:
I need to know, from my application, if activesync is
connected to the desktop.

After knowing about my connection, I'd like to,
automatically, syncronize data remotely through the
desktop internet connection with my own webservices.

I think we've been over this in enough detail in the past that you should be
able to find the answer in the archives, at least to the question of how to
know that the device is cradled. Try this:
