ActiveSync/Outlook does not delete deleted emails

Outlook 2003 and ActiveSync 4.5 with a Verizon blackberry phone. If I sync
device to desktop all email is synced properly. If I then delete an email on
the device and then sync to the desktop, the deletd email on the device does
not get deleted on the desktop. It remains in my Inbox. How do I set it to
delete these emails on the desktop when I sync?

I didn't know that Windows Mobile ran on Blackberry devices.

There are no settings in Outlook that can affect synching. It is completely
under the control of the sync software. Perhaps you should ask in
microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync
