All of a sudden I am having trouble receiving email
through AOL and Incredimail programs. Tech support from
both places say it is a IE 6.0 trouble with active x and
to contact Microsoft, however they no longer offer
support because my computer is two years old.
Any suggestions, or where on the microsoft site can I
re-install IE 6.0??

In IE, go to Tools->Security->Internet and adjust the
security settings/enable active x...
