active x warning

can anyone help I have now started to recieve a warning every time i move
from page to page while on the internet and have tried to find out how to
turn it off. the warning pop up message is an internet explorer message which
says "Do you want to allow software such as active x controles and plug ins
to run?" Yes or No. this is getting very annoying as it comes up every time
you move to another page. I can't find how to turn it off.

thanks for reply but this is not the warning i'm getting and also it is on
everything every move I make I have this dialogue box come up and even if
there is no active x controle on that page.
