Active x problems

Hi. im trying to play the games in msn messenger with my friends and it
works for most of them but one of my freinds is using XP Home and keeps
getting the error messege (messenger games require Active X objects in order
to play. Please verify that you have the ability to install Active X objects
on this machine and relaunch your game)

How do i enable this. the internet settings for active X are set the same as
on my machine.There also using nortons internet secuirty with the fire wall
if thats any help

Have them lower the Security settings in IE, tools, options, security tab, "Custom Level" button.
