Active X error while running windows update

I recieve the following error when running the windows
update:

"Your current security settings prohibit running Active X
controls on this page. As a result pages may not display
correctly."

I have tried changing the security settings in IE and
setup all defaults.

I have done what is in the following knowledge base
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?
scid=kb;EN;Q319585&LN=EN


And I still get this message.

Can Anyone help.
