Active X Controls

I am trying to add a video to my webpage and I personally have no problem
viewing it when I do it by adding a plug-in, but since the video is saved as
a quick time file not many toher people can view it.

I know that you can enable Active-X controls and specify Windows Media
Player, but where do you go from there? How do you connect the file to that.
I would rather use WMP since most people automatically have this. Any
suggestions on what I should do?

You will have to convert the file to a format supported by Media Player.
Media Player won't play a QuickTime file.

You would have find a application to convert it from QuickTime to Windows Media, then you either
install and use the FP Windows Media Add-in or just import the file into your web and then link to
it.
