trying to download new security patch keeps telling me
active x controls security is set to high, reset to
defaults still won't work,lowered security settings still
won't work. I get this message when trying to download
screensavers and emotions as well. I've done every thing
support has said to do and nothing is working
 
When you're within the supposed security of the Microsoft
website, try temporarily disabling your firewall and anti-
virus program. Also, you might have to use the Refresh
button.
