Is this one particular application or ALL applications? If it is all
applications I think something is preventing the "window" location from
being saved to your registry profile.(try using/creating another profile
and see if it works) If only one application is doing this then I would
suspect the "location" is programmed in to the settings for the
application.
As I posted, in this case the I believe the opening location is "coded"
or programmed in by the author/programmer. Your best course of action
would be to contact them and ask them if there is a patch/fix or
registry location you can change to produce the ability to relocate the
window. Sorry we couldn't fix it here.
