You have another open window that is grabbing focus. A window that gets
focus do not have to necessarily pop to the top of the stack of
currently open windows. It could be a hidden window or a visible window
but underneath other windows. Start looking in Task Manager's Process
tab to see what all you have running at the time this happens.
