active sync

Good morning all!!!!

i cant seen to connect to active sync anymore, message: your device was not
connected...also the Active sync icon wont turn green currently grey.
how do i uninstall properly and reinstall as a fresh version4.2.
thing is i have already uninstall and gone through the cycle of
disconnecting and reconnecting after reinstallation but the problem remains...
Is there a fix with this problem?

Visit an ActiveSync newsgroup for assistance with ActiveSync.
